Start any time after May 1st! Meets Thursdays at 6PM.
This class is designed for people who are looking to run their first 10K.
This class is the perfect next step for those who have accomplished their 5K goal and want to focus a little more on speed, strength, and nutrition for longer distances.
The class will be conducted mainly virtually until we can meet in person. Weekly workouts will take place on Thursdays at 6PM most weeks.
Approximately a week or so before the start of the program you will receive the training program and additional instructions from your coach. If you register after May 1st you will receive this email within 48 hours.
The program includes weekly emails with motivation, support, and education; a FB group for accountability and to connect with others in the program; a tech shirt; and the training program.
While our program will officially begin on May 1st, you can join at any time between then and September 1st. The training program will last approximately 8 weeks for most participants, but you are welcome to continue to participate in our 10K program and FB group March 1st through October 31st.
