This is a discounted rate for all THREE of our training programs offered in 2021. Included is:

  • Learn to Run (Couch to 5K), meets Wednesdays at 6PM starting March 1st
  • Middle Distance (5K to 10K), meets Thursdays at 6PM starting May 1st
  • Half Marathon (10K to HM), meets Thursdays at 6PM starting May 1st Saturdays at 8AM for long runs starting June 7th.


All group runs will be conducted virtually or socially distanced until it is safe to meet in person again. 


Each program includes weekly emails with motivation, support, and education; a FB group for accountability and to connect with others in the program; a tech shirt; and the training program. 


The Half Marathon goal race is the Health Human Race on August 28, 2021. Saturday long runs will take place on a variety of surfaces, including pavement, gravel, and some trails.
