This training group is a great fit for those new to Half Marathon (or returning to the distance) and more experienced runners as well!
We can coach a wide variety of paces and are open to all.
GOAL RACE: Healthy Human on August 28, 2021. Training Starts the week of June 7th!
Participants should be able to run 4 miles before beginning this program. If you're starting from scratch, register for all three of our training programs together for a 20% discount!
Since this class starts later in the year, we are hopeful that we will be able to meet in person for the entire training program. However, keep in mind that some classes may be conducted virtually until it is safe to meet in person.
Your weekly training program will include individual workouts to complete at home plus two coached sessions each week (Thursdays at 6PM and Saturdays at 8AM for a supported long rung).
Saturday long runs will take place on a variety of surfaces, including pavement, gravel, and some trails.
Approximately a week or so before the start of the program you will receive the training program and additional instructions from your coach.
The program includes weekly emails with motivation, support, and education; a FB group for accountability and to connect with others in the program; a tech shirt; and the training program.
