Start any time after March 1st! Meets Wednessdays at 6PM.
This class is designed for people who are looking to start running or those who are coming back to running after some significant time off.
The class will be conducted mainly virtually until we can meet in person. Once registered, you will receive the training program and instructions from your coach.
The program includes weekly emails with motivation, support, and education; a FB group for accountability and to connect with others in the program; a tech shirt; and the training program.
While our program will officially begin on March 1st, you can join at any time between then and September 1st. The training program will last approximately 8 weeks for most participants, but you are welcome to continue to participate in our learn to run program and FB group March 1st through October 31st.
